FORT WORTH, TEXAS — In this video from the American Nephrology Nurses Association Annual Symposium, Timothy Dillon, from Lifeliqe, talks about a new immersive virtual reality training for dialysis care from the company.

The six education modules, containing 15 lessons, are based on and aligned with the Core Curriculum for Dialysis Training distributed by the Medical Education Institute and are helpful for training patient care technicians and certified nurse assistants about renal replacement therapy, Dillon said. “The program includes a 360° virtual reality video explaining the dialysis technician’s responsibilities, work environment and education requirements,” Dillon said.
